**Terms and Conditions for Travel Agencies**
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between YZ International hereinafter referred to as "the Agency", and its clients, hereinafter referred to as "the Traveler(s)", regarding the booking and arrangement of travel services. By engaging the services of the Agency, the Traveler(s) agree to abide by the following terms:
**1. Booking and Reservations:**
- All bookings and reservations made through the Agency are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
- The Traveler(s) are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including names, dates, and other relevant details.
**2. Payment and Pricing:**
- The Agency reserves the right to require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking, which may vary depending on the nature and timing of the travel arrangements.
- Prices quoted by the Agency are subject to change until payment is received and confirmation is issued by the respective service providers.
- Any additional charges incurred during the trip, including but not limited to, meals, activities, transportation, and gratuities, are the responsibility of the Traveler(s).
**3. Cancellations and Changes:**
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider and the type of booking. The Agency will inform the Traveler(s) of applicable cancellation fees and deadlines at the time of booking.
- Changes to bookings, including date changes, itinerary alterations, or other modifications, may be subject to additional fees and availability.
**3.1 YZ Travel's Schedule of Professional Fees
- For Interational flights cancellation Fee after full payment- $50.00 per person plus any applicable supplier fees
- For International flights change Fee after full payment- $50.00 per person plus any applicable supplier fees
- No changes could be made after full payment for domestic flights
- No refunds for domestic flights.
**4. Travel Documents and Insurance:**
- The Traveler(s) are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for their destination(s).
- It is highly recommended that Traveler(s) obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
**5. Liability and Responsibility:**
- The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the Traveler(s) and the various service providers. The Agency shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.
- The Traveler(s) understand and accept the inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to, health hazards, political instability, natural disasters, and transportation delays.
**6. Complaints and Disputes:**
- In the event of any issues or dissatisfaction with the travel services provided, the Traveler(s) must notify the Agency promptly to allow for resolution.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Travel Agents Act 1986 and resolved through arbitration or mediation, if necessary.
**7. Privacy and Data Protection:**
- The Agency collects and stores personal information provided by the Traveler(s) solely for the purpose of facilitating travel arrangements. The Agency is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of this information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
**8. Our quotes and Itineraries**
Where we act as an agent, our quotes and itineraries will include a statement that advises you:
i) we act as an Agent; and
ii) That our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Terms and Conditions of each Travel supplier listed on the quote/itinerary; and
iii) That it is the Terms and Conditions of the Travel supplier that determine the terms of
cancellation and refunds, if any
By engaging the services of the Agency, the Traveler(s) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Agency reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting on its website or other communication channels.
